All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of sublimation tumblers, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than shipping damage.
Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mymimiscreativity@gmail.com.
To process your claim, please include:
- Photos or video of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
After review, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on availability.
What Is Not Considered Damage
Because sublimation is a heat-transfer process, the following are common and not eligible for return or replacement:
- Slight variations in print color
- Minor seam-line imperfections
- Slight design placement variation
- Damage from misuse (dishwasher, dropping, overheating, etc.)
Care Instructions
For longevity:
- Hand wash only
- Do not microwave
- Do not soak
- Avoid extreme heat
- Always see care instructions inside each tumbler.
Improper care voids any damage claims.
